Visual.Net Email Settings

We have recently made changes to our servers. You will need to update your email settings. Below are the new settings for Eudora Mail.
Other email settings are: Outlook / Outlook Express and Netscape Communicator. If your program is not listed here, or is a different version, the settings are:
Incoming server: visual.net
Outgoing server: visual.net

Eudora Mail

  1. Open up Eudora Mail

  2. On the Menu bar click on Tools

  3. From the dropdown menu select Options
    A new window will open titled Options

  4. On the category on the left choose Getting Started

  5. If Mail Server (Incoming) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
    Change it to visual.net

  6. If the SMTP Server (Outgoing) is mail.pacificcoast.net or mail.visual.net
    Change it to visual.net
    If it is something else, such as shaw or telus, leave it alone

  7. Click Ok

  8. Check your email as usual

  9. You will be asked for your password. Put in your usual password. Note that is is case sensitive. If you do not know your password, contact us
